Private Broker Setup

Sundeck’s Private Broker is provided as a Docker image, and can be deployed within your own infrastructure using the Docker hosting or orchestration solution of your choice. Many customers will begin by running the Sundeck Broker in Docker on a standalone ec2 instance, and then move to some flavor of container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, OpenShift, etc) for their production solution.

The content here is applicable to all Private Broker deployment methods; there are Sundeck SaaS and networking pre-requisites which are required in every case, as do the Configuration Variables. Given the wide variety of standalone and orchestration solutions avaiable, we leave it to the reader to adapt the information provided to the deployment environment / methodology of their choice.
